you knew this was coming

Two compelling draws over the course of four days, imo. The game on Sunday was a tribute to Dean Richards (only idk how a defender would feel about a 3-3 draw...).

Just a penalty, nbd.

So 1) go without a league goal for almost a year and then 2) score two fantastic ones in five minutes. Ok then.

Everyone was so happy for him :')

But then a fully deserved Wolves header made it a draw again and there you go.

Then there was Champions League on Wednesday against AC Milan. There was the one goal lead from the away game, but what would happen at WHL? There would surely be goals, right?

Ok I really need to say that Sandro was amazing. He did a really good job with Wilson Palacios at San Siro and he did well here!

Gomes was generally good (he made a great save before this) buuuuuut.....

I nearly s-h-a-t myself. <3333333333 William Gallas <3333333333

:/

ok, in terms of ~real talk~, Milan were a lot better this leg compared to before. I'm fairly sure they had more possession and after giving up six goals between Blackpool and Wolves I had doubts about the team's ability to soak up the pressure (to say the least, heh heh). But the defensive performance was good. I was also kind of unimpressed by Crouch-VDV, because VDV doesn't seem match fit (he was subbed out early, after all) and they seemed to handle Crouch fairly well. idk I guess the team wasn't in a position where they absolutely needed to score like Milan was but I would've liked to see something else. w/e w/e I ain't mad, it can wait.

In between all the "I LOVE YOU THANK YOU" replies Sandro got from fans he found the time to get Gomes on twitter too.

In other news:
Tottenham Hotspur sign kit deal with Under Armour

Tottenham Hotspur has signed a five-year deal with US firm Under Armour for it to make its playing kit.

Under Armour will replace Puma from 2012-13, who signed a deal with the north London club in 2006.

The multi-million pound deal is the biggest in Europe for the US company, which also supplies kit for the Wales rugby team. (and Hannover, if you wondered about how they do in football)

The value of the sponsorship has not been revealed, although some reports put it as high as £10m a season.

'Ambitious brand'

"We are delighted that Under Armour will become our new technical partner from 2012 onwards," said Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.

"They are an extremely ambitious brand with global aspirations, making them ideal partners for Tottenham Hotspur."

tbh I have low expectations for how good it'll look (I was hoping for Umbro, they're fly) but if it makes them the $$$ then w/e. And if it's tighter than the current one then I won't mind at all, heh heh.
