In the second half of FC Barcelona’s victory over Racing Santander, Zlatan Ibrahimovic suffered an ankle injury. The Swedish striker suffered the injury as he challenged Henrique for the ball, coming down awkwardly on his right foot. Ibrahimovic continued in the match for a few minutes following the injury but was then replaced by Pedro.
Ibrahimovic will undergo further testing on Wednesday to find out the severity of the injury. Barcelona already are missing Bojan Krkic upfront who will be sidelined for at least another week as he is recovering from a knee injury.- barcaloco.com
