I don't really think it is besides the point, actually. I think it's still super duper sexist. Maybe not in the 'woman, you're gross down there -- clean it up' way...

But it's still suggesting that if you don't use their products, you're doing something wrong and they're trivialising female health by not even being able to name the fucking body parts.

I saw the banner and got excited because I thought it was about cats. You can't promise people kitties and then give them vagina wash, FemFresh. That's false advertisement.

‘WooHoo for my Froo Froo.'
I'm guessing none of the copy editors for this ad campaign play the Sims.

I hope it wasn't tested on animals...

I couldn't even tell what that banner was about ( because I read it before I read the subject of the post ^^; ). But I thought it was an ad for kitty litter or something! xDDD

actually, this entire article is even more misguided than the ads it wants to critique ( ... )

Well, I did mean the 'good news' sarcastically.

I entirely agree with what you're saying (and I don't think Femfresh is meant for internal use, no) afterall, it isn't like we put lipstick in our mouths. I just find the fluffly language utterly ridiculous. It speaks of being ashamed and embarrassed to talk about our own damn anatomy...

lol. The FemFresh advertisements are using 'Whatever you call it' as well. Now I'm a little horrified that they're ripping off toilet cleaning product advertisements for this product.

pretty sure we can discuss the applicability of the word cunt without comparing it to racism.
