It must suck to be a lawyer in cases like this, to be honest. You know your client is a piece of shit scumbag, but you have to find some way to make it look like you're defending them.

And seriously, to assume an 8 yr old is willingly seeking out sexual activity, not because she's being coerced and threatened by an older person to do it, is horrendously STUPID.
