I haven't found video of Katherine Reutter's appearance on the Today Show yesterday yet. I forgot to wake up in time so I'm not sure if it aired or not :(

U.S. speed skating champion Katherine Reutter gave some St. Louis students a chance to find out what it's like to hold an Olympic medal.
Reutter spoke to students at Confluence Prep about what it was like to compete in the Vancouver Olympics. She won the bronze behind Canada and China in the 3000 meter relay. She won silver in the 1000 meter.
Reutter, who was born and raised in Champaign, Illinois, was inspired to become a speed skater after meeting five-time Olympic gold medalist Bonnie Blair at her high school. She hopes to offer the same inspiration to today's students.
