Robert Downey Jr. isn't one to do things in moderation.
And now that the former bad boy is clean and sober it seems that these days he abuses his wardrobe instead of his body.
When the 45-year-old actor stepped out last night in New York it looked as if he couldn't decide what to wear - so he chose a bit of everything.
Downey Jr. was spotted leaving his hotel hand in hand with his wife Susan in a decidedly colourful get-up.
The Iron man star was wearing a multi-coloured striped knitted hat, a black shirt, bright blue and red tracksuit bottoms and green and orange trainers.
He coordinated his look with a green wicker bag slung over his shoulder
Susan was a little more low-key than her colourful husband, opting for a simple black and white ensemble.
