So, has anyone else noticed that Frankenstein sucks and has sucked in every form? And yet people keep considering it to be not only worth reading but worth ripping off.
Mary Shelley is dumb. Period. What a dumb girl. Proof? Frankenstein decides not to make the Monster a wife because he's afraid they'll reproduce. WHAT?! Excuse me, good sir, but is it really impossible for you to make a monster without a functioning vagina and ovaries? Hello, that means he made the Monster out of dead bodies able to produce semen. The only good Frankenstein adaptations are Young Frankenstein and the like because they actually get that it's a stupid story. Even usually good things like Buffy the Vampire Slayer rip off the Frankenstein story. Adam, anyone? Worst villain ever. Why? Because it's not a good idea to have a good scientist make a bad monster. It's just a whole can of WTF.
