I SHOULD BE SLEEPING. I HAVE MATH TUTORING IN ELEVEN HOURS AND IT'S PAST 1 AM.
YOU KNOW YOU'RE SERIOUSLY FUCKED WHEN YOU THINK BEING AWAY FROM THE COMM FOR MORE THAN EIGHT HOURS IS A LONG TIME.
This is completely random and pretty much unrelated, but since I love you guys with all my heart and want you all to have the best shit in the world (omfg I sound like a motherly figure) and basically bubbling over with happiness from this comm and food, I give you this meatloaf recipe.
It's Food Network's Tyler Florence meatloaf, and believe me, it is fucking amazing. It takes a while to make, but I really don't care. I'm shameless, I couldn't stop eating it and it's past midnight, I think the texture of the raw meat mixture is so nice after adding the relish (I know ew but it's really not, it's just meat), and I actually dipped my finger in the drippings a little (the fat, not the blood) and ate it.
