Hmmmm. Well, I'm posting this because I think this has new information about Adam's "new" album. Am I being a total bench for wondering if we're being told the whole truth by Adam about all this? Eek, don't hate me. I guess I just wonder why they would be saying he co-owns copyrights and has a contract that will compensate him commensurate with other artists with major deals. Also, there's the thing about him co-writing several of the songs with Madonna's guitarist. Gah, I don't know. I'm probably just being an idiot. Do I even go here?
Adam Lambert's New Album Challenges "Idol" Producer Excerpts:
Lambert co-wrote nine of the songs, working mostly with Madonna's guitarist, Monte Pittman.

Hecker denied some fans' assertions that Lambert was being ripped off, saying the singer stands to make "a ton of money" through a royalties arrangement commensurate with deals for major artists. Lambert will not only receive songwriting royalties, but he also co-owns the copyrights with Wilshire, Hecker said.
