About 1600 sq ft 4 bed 2 bath 1 car garage

Just outside Dayton OH, the house we are in now is 2200 sq ft and it sold for 126K

Wow. I was looking at houses the other day and a two bedroom fixer-upper is like $150K-$200K.

Yeah one of the reasons I'm still here is cost of living is really good
