I KNEW ALL OF THIS ALREADY EXCEPT FOR THE PART WHERE THEY ACTUALLY PROVIDE THEM WITH A DISCLAIMER THAT SOME OF THEM SUCK.

THIS MAKES ME FEEL A LITTLE BETTER. LOL.

well. I, for one, am shocked. who knew that things weren't exactly as they appear?

i suppose that The Bachelor doesn't really fall in love with three different women over the course of possibly 2 months either.

Reality:
The producers’ round happens days, sometimes weeks, after the stadium event, often requiring those who traveled from far off to return to their audition city on their own dime.

Here, the producers prod, searching for the hidden wellsprings of talent and telling those contestants who make it through which song to sing before the judges. Of course, some of these people are a) crazy b) awful singers c) both.

So the people that are bad, that think they are good, pay 2 times to get to their audition, just to be made fun of? :/ ~bleeding heart.

I knew this already, but I remember watching one of the guys who was featured on Idol as one of the bad ones talking about his Idol experience on youtube. He explained all of this, and it was funny reading the youtube comments from idiots who were denying it, calling the guy a sore loser and saying he was just making it all up.
