According to AO, Adam was disqualified from this week's Open House Party because the fans were being a little overzealous with their voting. RCA posted at AO:
Just wanted to let you guys know that Adam was disqualified from this competition this week because the folks at Open House Party realized that some people were mass voting outside of their own cities. Please resist the temptation to do this for this competition, as well as when requesting Adam's songs from radio stations, because it WILL harm Adam's image with these businesses, not to mention RCA's ability to promote him and "Whataya Want From Me." Thanks.

eta: I think RCA's wording was a little off. No, you don't "vote" for OHP, exactly, but the amount of requests does determine what place the song comes in at.
