So as we know from David's vlog, he's currently in Nashville working with Joy Williams, who is one of the co-writers for "Waiting for Yesterday." David Hodges was another co-writer for that song and he-just-so-happened to be in Nashville over the weekend, too. Hmmm. I haven't been able to confirm or deny any Archie collaboration, but since Crush and Yesterday are two of my favorite songs, I'm hoping.
ANYWAY, I've been following Joy on twitter for a while, because Hodges pimped her out and I checked out her stuff and it was good. (If anyone wants to hear some of her solo stuff: check out her
myspace) Plus, I'm a Hodges stan and they're friends, so whateva. She's made three posts about working with Archie, and then today (rather, overnight) she posted a picture of him in the studio.
