I fail at LJ cuts.. Try #2..
Alright..better late than never, right? Hey, I’m procrastinating from doing homework tonight, so you get a tour review.
So thanks to the lovely vote4adam , I got some last minute tickets and they turned out to be really great seats!
So while I stood and danced along for Idols #10-6, they concert didn’t really start for me until Matty G came out. I always liked Matt on the show, but wowww, I definitely left the concert a bigger Matt fan than I was going in. He really gave it his all as if he was the winner up there and the audience got really into it. I’m definitely a Matt believer now and I’m on Team #SIGNMATTGIRAUD.
Allison..my brain does not comprehend how she sings her face off with that deep, raspy voice and can speak the next day. Her set was a little all over the place, but overall enjoyable.

OMG ADAMMMMMMMM. Alright so the place went crazy as expected. I was kind of stressing about what to do with my camera/video capabilities..I’m sure a lot of you have gone through this dilemma. On one hand I wanted to just put the camera away and be totally present in the moment and take it all in..not watch it through the tiny screen on my camera. On the other hand..dammit I wanted pictures & videos to remember the night even better. I mostly went with option #2..except I did put the camera away for the majority of “Starlight” to just take that in. Speaking of “Starlight”..I’ve heard a few people say they couldn’t believe how feminine he sounded singing it irl..and holy fucking shit I have to agree. I’ve watched a lot of tour video, but I swear he was extra-feminine sounding in STL..idk idk. Not my video, but if you want to check it out
Anyway, his set was amazing..he’s fucking sexy and glorious on stage. Can’t waaaait for solo tour!
BB KRIS. I love this man. Definitely a change of pace coming on after Adam, but he was excellent and I enjoyed every second of it. Probs my favorite part of his set was “Bright Lights” and his rock star moment when he sings the “RAAAAAAAAAAHH!!” part of Hey Jude. I flove this man.
So I took like a billion pictures of Kradam during Hey Jude..nothing epic happened..other than the fact that they rarely looked away from each other.
So after the show we waited around for it to clear out a bit and took a bathroom break because we were prepared to wait around for a couple hours outside after the show for autographs. So as we were leaving we see that they actually set up the barricades for autographs inside..what. It was a relatively small space and of course there were hoards of people gathered around so we kind of resigned ourselves to not getting autographs. We thought..hey we’ll wait around because we have nothing else to do and if we’re lucky we’ll at least get to see them up a little closer than we did on stage. So with a little luck and some pushing from behind us, we somehow made it relatively close to the barricades. Allison, Matt, Scott, & Megan came by, but I didn’t really try for their autographs as they were going rather quickly and I didn’t want to deprive someone who was a bigger fan than me of getting an autograph.
ANYWAY..THEN THE PRETTY HAPPENED. MY GOD. ADAM IS SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL IRL I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN. HE IS ALSO QUITE SMALLER IRL THAN I WAS EXPECTING..MORE SLENDER AND NOT AS TALL. I GUESS I EXPECTED HIM TO BE TALLER SINCE I WAS USED TO SEEING HIM AROUND SEACREST, KRIS, AND HIS COMPACT BFS..IDK IDK. BUT SRSLY..FUCK. GORGEOUS. ANYWAY, I DIDN’T REALLY GET A CHANCE TO SAY ANYTHING TO HIM..I JUST KIND OF HELD OUT MY MAGAZINE UNTIL HIS LITTLE HANDLER MAN GRABBED IT..WHEN I GOT IT BACK I SMILED REALLY BIG AND HE SMILED BACK AND I DIED. I DON’T EVEN THINK I SAID THANK YOU..RUDE. I WAS PROBS A LITTLE TOO FAR AWAY FOR HIM TO REALLY HEAR ME ANYWAY..I’M ALMOST THANKFUL I WASN’T UP AT THE FRONT BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE BEEN SPEECHLESS AND STANDING THERE AWKWARDLY..IDK IDK. ANYWAY..ADAM SPENT THE MOST TIME SIGNING OUT OF EVERYONE.
THEN DANNY CAME OUT. HE WAS IN MY FACE AND I WAS LIKE LOL GOKEY AND TOOK HIS PIC, IDK. PPL WERE CHANTING “WE WANT KRIS! WE WANT KRIS!”, BUT KRIS WAS HANGING WITH HIS WIFE EATING BBQ I GUESS..WHATEVS, I WAS NOT TOO UPSET HE DIDN’T SIGN BUT SOME PPL DEFINITELY WERE. ONE GIRL YELLED OUT DRAMATICALLY “KRIS, HOW COULD YOU BE SO HEARTLESS?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” AT FIRST I LOL’D, BUT THEN I SRS’D. I DON’T LIKE PPL BEING MAD AT HIM. ANYWAY, YESTERDAY I FRAMED MY RS MAGAZINE!
