1. Fanfic posts are going to be every two weeks and will have a designated poster: colorofsmoke . We can have fic challenges**, but they can only be advertised inside of OT posts and the fanfic posts - no random posts that serve as reminders. Fanfic posts are posts for general fic discussion and recs.
**Fic challenges allowed are fun ones - bad fic challenges, for example. But serious business fic challenges aren't allowed (visit or aific or ai_kinkmeme for srs bzns fic needs). However, challenges that were started before the ban - i.e. the Kink Meme and the Songfic Meme - have the option of finishing up in the comm.
We'd also like to keep the idea of Holiday challenges open, and will bring ideas to the comm at that time.
2. People can advertise fanfic challenges from OUTSIDE of the comm in fanfic posts and OT posts only.
3. cheapxdate (*waves*) is going to create a calender to help organize major posts. There will be an unlocked post at the modcomm where people can request to add things to the calender. Most posts will remain spontaneous. The calender will primarily be for Appreciation Posts, Rewatches, and the like.
There also will also be regular reminder posts with not only things happening in the community, but other things happening in the fandom (ie challenge deadlines, etc).
