More details about the Adam stalker situation
I posted this in the media post, but I know a lot of you don't go there, so here's the story.
According to several tweets, Adam didn't come out to sign autographs tonight, and at least one tweet said he wasn't in the M&G either.
Apparently the stalker situation was mentioned in Channel 7 news in Florida. From http://twitter.com/FritoSmuggler:
I stood outside the arena-hot,sweaty,and bothered(oh my!)-only to discover that Adam could not make an appearance for "security reasons". I am just now hearing on the local news that a "stalker-like", rather deranged fan has been showing up to the shows, and Adam's spooked.
I got more than 20 messages regarding this topic, so I'll answer universally: it was Channel 7 news here in Florida, but I'll tweet the details right now. Okie doke - apparentally, a cult of anti-Adam activists were spotted at the Tampa concert, among whom was a suspicious girl lurking around the tour buses. Adam recognized this woman and reported that she has been following him since early morning. She was armed/dangerous/ overly suspicious, so Adam wasn't allowed to sign autographs yesterday or tonight for - like I said - "security reasons".
And on a related note, there was also this tweet:
LamberGranny: xuziqueue reported that Tampa security guard said Adam Lambert had dinner w/10 of his fans B4 the Show last nite. Something he wanted to do.

Ok, tonight I went to the American Idol concert, it was a blast! Afterwards I went to the place where the Idols come out and sign autographs. First Scott came out but didnt sign autographs. Then Kris came out. Then Matt came out. And Danny then came out. I got all 3 autographs. So then I was waiting and waiting for Adam. His bodyguard came out and told everyone that no one else was going to come out. I asked why Adam wasn't coming out. He told me a little but one of the other staff for the place were they were performing told me the rest. Well, there was a stalker as you know and she was in the front row. Then she came backstage and she was saying mean things to Adam and fighting with him and he was fighting with her. Then Adam called security and escorted her out when they were practically carrying her they found a wepon on her. (He did not mention what kind) How she got the wepon inside the concert, I do not know. But, now every night right after the finale he goes straight to the car and drives him to the hotel or the tour bus if they are driving somewhere. The next stop is in Atlanta which is really really close to Tampa where this happened so I think that he is not going to sign autographs. crying.gif
