I'VE BEEN EATING 5 SMALL MEALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 3. EAT LESS WHITE STUFF, SERIOUSLY, WHOLE WHEAT, BROWN RICE, GRAIN PASTA--ALL MUCH BETTER FOR YOU THAN FLOUR AND SUCH.
MOAR FRUIT AND VEGGIES--THESE WILL FILL YOU UP AND MAKE YOU FULL FASTER. SAME THING WITH WATER. I'M A VEGETARIAN TOO.
