I'VE LOST 2 INCHES OFF MY WAIST ALREADY, AND I'M ONLY ON DAY 16

I'M SERIOUS YOU GUYS, IT'S MAGICAL. I FEEL SO MUCH MORE FIT, AND I CAN RUN FOR A LOT LONGER

IT DOES WORK, HOWEVER IF YOU WANNA LOSE POUNDAGE, I SUGGEST ALSO DOING ADDITIONAL EXERCISE, LIKE LIGHT JOGGING OR WALKING EVERYDAY (YOU CAN ALTERNATE DAYS TBH). THIS WORKOUT MAKES YOU LEANER, BUT I DUNNO HOW MUCH LBS IT'LL MAKE YOU LOSE, BECAUSE YOU'RE GAINING MUSCLE AT THE SAME TIME

I'VE BEEN EATING 5 SMALL MEALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY INSTEAD OF THE USUAL 3. EAT LESS WHITE STUFF, SERIOUSLY, WHOLE WHEAT, BROWN RICE, GRAIN PASTA--ALL MUCH BETTER FOR YOU THAN FLOUR AND SUCH.

MOAR FRUIT AND VEGGIES--THESE WILL FILL YOU UP AND MAKE YOU FULL FASTER. SAME THING WITH WATER. I'M A VEGETARIAN TOO.

IT WORKS EVERYTHING, BUT I FOUND MY TUMMY AND ARMS TO BE THE AREAS THAT HAVE GOTTEN THE BEST RESULTS. I ALSO RUN, SO MY LEGS DIDN'T REALLY CHANGE MUCH LOL. I SUPPOSE IT'S DIFFERENT FOR EVERY PERSON, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE EFFECTIVE IN LOSING INCHES OFF THE WAIST FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE
