Update with some minor spoilers for season two:
All actors are going to play new characters that are the polar opposites of their season 1 roles.
The Harmons are no show for season 2.
Sarah P. gave a hint about THE HINT in the "Birth" episode:
SP: "Blablabla. Bla...negative energy that feeds on trauma and draws things to it... blabla."
Q: Like in prisons or asylums?
SP:"You're on to something but I can't say anything because Ryan might go all @BFalchuk @nicolecrowther hope you're qualified to do something besides work in entertainment. on me!"
The fourth Langdon child may appear in season 4 of the "fun show" (Ryan: direct quote!) that is AHS.
The most important spoiler, imho:

Impressions from PaleyFest 2012:
- HRM Queen Jessica threw delicious shade at Ryan calling him the biggest bitch ever. But, they clearly love each other.
- HRMQJ is hilarious, especially when (a little?) drunk and in company of her bff/lesbian lover Princess Sarah!
- Dylan should drop his current boo and get together with Connie, they have chemistry off the charts! There's even a cute bb waiting for him.
- Ryan and Brad are so cute together. Like in a straight/gay old-married-but-still-in-love couple way... does that make even sense?
- Ryan thinks he's Constance. Fandom knows he's more like Rubber Man.
- "Frannie" (Conroy), as HRMQJ calls her lovingly, is a grade A sweetheart.
- Breckenstein once saw the ghost of a Korean girl... For real.
- Ryan said that my flawless bb Chris Colfer and my other flawless bb Lea Michele were obsessed with the AHS actors... "They were much more interested in the next AHS story than the next GLEE script." Ahahahahahaha!!!
