Ugh... I don't even want to think about school books - looking at the books listed for 4 of my 6 classes (5 if I drop one) it'll be about $400 if I have to buy them all new - $300 if I can get them all used. *sigh* They really think we have this much money to shell out on books we'll only look at for 11 weeks... why can't they ask us to buy $6 or $10 books? lol Or put them all online *shakes head* it sucks. My roommate and I have decided against getting a parking pass b/c it would cost us, for one pass, $1000 for the year - yeah, there are three zeros on that lmao So our fifteen minute walk will have to be treked through sun, rain, and snow lol
I don't post on livejournal much, although I should. I've been using myspace more (mostly surveys, but once in a while I throw in an actually journal lol) but I'm thinking I should at least copy/paste my journal entries to livejournal.
Wow, this is a long reply to your post lmao sorry about that - Keep your chin up... school will be fine. Maybe next time I'm in town for longer than a day, we can try to get together - sorry it didn't work out this summer :(

my parking pass was $120, which is still ridiculous but hey, i need it since i commute and all. it would take me a year to walk from whitehall to westerville. haha. the crappy crappy thing about being an english major is that we usually have anywhere from like 5 to 8 different books, most of which we use for maybe two weeks tops. major blah.

you should email me your address so i can write you letters and draw you pretty stick figure drawings like in 9th grade. haha. i miss you. *huggles mammie*
