back to school...
classes start today. i'm glad i dont have to be there until six. hurray for that. here's my schedule for anyone who's interested.
MW Women Writers - Ashworth 6-8pm
TR Poetry Writing - Hermsen 9-10:50
TR American Popular Music - Haberkorn 11-12:50
the really sad thing is i haven't done a bit of writing aside from a few failed song attempts and journal entries since school let out. i'm really disappointed in myself, but it was a difficult summer. i found myself without any kind of desire to write, to really express myself. i've been kind of dead the past three months and hopefully i can bloom again.
it's september eleventh and i still can't believe what happened happened. on discover channel, tlc, and the history channel, they were doing all kinds of shows about what happened, and i had to change the channel because it was too sad. i can remember exactly where i was when the planes hit. i can remember every single moment of that day. i remember sitting on the bottom of the stairs crying because i knew it was only the start.
i wish we lived in a better world.
