Being "adopted" into the house means you have no actual Monacello blood. Pretty much everyone in Monacello is adopted, due to the coup from about a year ago.
If you are openly affiliated, that means that people on the street know you're from the mafia house, and you will be treated as such.

Other Notes: Rolo was attached at the hip to Lelouch Lamperouge, one of Monacello's older Head Consigliere's. Since news of Lelouch's death reached him, he's been very out of sorts. He is an assassin of incredible skill.

OOC Contact info: Soiree was raised by a former consigliere named Fate, whom was known for very radical thinking ideals of peace between the families. Fate, due to his tenure, was forced into retirement rather than being killed, so Soiree and his brother never really knew he was in poor favor with the family.
Like most Soldati, Soiree had some enhancements made that give him strength, speed, and dexterity beyond that of a normal human. He is also able to channel body energy into his physical attacks. This has earned him the nickname "Angel of Twilight"

Other Notes: When it comes to Monacello, Usopp's incredibly eager. Like a cowardly, long nosed puppy dog. He's good with explosions, and good at doing small jobs. If an upper class Mona asked him to run across town to get him a cup of coffee, he would probably do it.

Other Notes: Raised in Japanese Yakuza, takes pride in her heritage and training as a ninjaof the legendary Iga clan, has also--due to her involvement with La Squadra--acquired enhancements which allow her to "phase" through solid objects (i.e. walking through walls). Specializes in stealth and ofensive maneuvers, incl. firearms, explosives, knives, & hand to hand combat. Also participated in Thanksgiving bombing.

Other Notes: Temari is from America, but she speaks Italian fairly decently. Her father was heavily involved in the mafia back home (details left vague on purpose for the time being) and has come to Italy a few years after his assassination. She's a trained assassin by upbringing but she doesn't enjoy killing very much, and works part time as a bartender to maintain a bit of cover.
