It hadn't been difficult to find her. Jinx had left behind her a long trail of savage destruction as she went-- a path of broken cars and twisted street lights. This part of the city had fallen quiet. People had seen the psychotic girl wreaking havoc as she walked down the street and either ran for their lives or hid silently inside. But Sebastian was not among those who ran or hid-- no. He had been looking for her.

He was going to kill her.

The sound of Jinx's pistol firing into the air rang through the streets. For a moment, there was no movement. Then from a side street, a long figure emerged, posture perfect and in an immaculate black suit. His eyes were a startling ruby-- the eyes of the one and only Demon Butler. He had already made arrangements in case he should be seriously injured or killed, and he was armed with at least 24 throwing knives. There would be no holding back, from either side.

Sebastian gave no warnings, no "turn back now and nobody will get hurt." That had been done. He intended to incapacitate Jinx, if not completely kill her, and then go after her "family." The thought of killing the innocent lover did not phase Sebastian. No-- rather, the sadist in him thrilled at the idea. But, first things first.

"Miss Jinx," he bowed to her in greeting, the gesture somehow both perfect in his execution and perfectly mocking at the same time. "You called?"

Hearing his footsteps, Jinx made no movement, still standing there with her arm straight in the air from when she had fired the gun. Her breathing was at a normal pace as was her heart. The only part of her that showed life as he approached was the fact that her eyes continued to glow, that the ground was still breaking. She was ruthless, untamed, an imperfect weapon of destruction, a sorceress of bad luck, an assassin on her own agenda now. With this move, the Monacello family would not be pleased. An assassin that had been working for them for nearly a decade was no comparison to the butler hired by Ichimaru Gin himself. It was favoritism. After this move, they may even call her rogue. It did not matter any longer.

From beneath the sunglasses, she watched him come near. The assassin still did not move. When he bowed to her, she made no expression, not a single twitch. Jinx continued to hold that frown, her wrathful expression. She knew his mocking tone, how he was probably going to brush her off as just another person all to protect that fucking princess. What was he really in it for? What was the story behind him?

It would not matter very soon, for he was going to be dead within the hour, dead before the new day came. Of that she was sure. She was going to kill him and enjoy more than she ever had killing anyone before. This was not another job, this was not something she would easily forget. She wanted to see the pain on Sebastian's pale face, in his ruby eyes, as he suffered.

Finally, she made a movement. The gun still held above her head, she took her free hand and removed her violet tinted sunglasses, the brilliant glow of her eyes burning hatred toward him. Snarling, she clasped the sunglasses in her hand and they shatter with a searing pink energy. And without a word, she made the first move.

First thing first, she was going to get rid of the burden of her gun. With lightning speed, she aimed the gun in front of her, right toward him. Firing several bullets at him, to his head, his heart, his stomach... she began to laugh. And knowing somehow (because why would Gin hire a man that could be that easily shot,) that he would not be disabled by that, she leaped backward, the ground exploding below her to give her an extra push, then landed after a back-handspring. And without taking another look, she spun around in a complete circle, blades of energy searing from her fingertips to throw back anything that was coming at her. She had no idea if she had even hit the man yet, but this was just the beginning. There was much more to come.

A gun was a mundane enough weapon that Sebastian had dealt with many of its kind over the three hundred or so years of his existence. Bullets were trivial. Without so much as a thought or hesitation, the so-called demon butler performed three back flips, dodging the stream of bullets with flawless speed. Still, Jinx had gained some distance between them, and it looked like she was preparing something far more interesting than mere bullets.

It wouldn't be the first time Sebastian had dealt with some kind of unique powers-- in his field of work, it was inevitable. But still, he had to be cautious. It would be a mistake to underestimate anyone, especially someone was unstable as Jinx. To test those energy blades, Sebastian drew out two throwing knives, their metal glinting as he threw them with practiced precision. He wasn't terribly surprised to see them deflected by the energy.

He would have to get up close and personal.

"I'm impressed, Miss Jinx," he spoke clearly, though the mocking had not left his voice, "You have such interesting parlor tricks." He gave her his disarming smile before turning and gracefully kicking at a near-by light post, sending it crashing down towards her.

Baring her teeth, snarling, her glowing eyes searched the surrounding area to see if she had hit him. Hearing his voice, she decided the answer was no. Gracefully, she spun around on one foot and came to look at the butler. He was completely unharmed; was there even a speck of dust on him? Parlor tricks... that was a new one. Seeing his smile, she prepared herself for what was yet to come. And what he did next was entirely unexpected. Quickly, she threw her gun to the side and cartwheeled out of the way, landing steady, perfect.

"Well, that was unexpected," she grinned, looking toward the lamppost that had crashed across to the other side of the street. The beginning of their fight seemed like they were just trying to show off, to observe what the other would do. Right now, she was thinking of what he had been hiding. No normal person could simply kick over a lamppost. Super strength. He had also dodged a bullets. Speed, possibly? What else was he hiding?

With a snap of her fingers, the brakes on a parked car unluckily decided not to function properly. On the slight incline of the road and a little push, it began to accelerate toward Sebastian. He would probably dodge it easily, though. So she flipped back searched the ground quickly, and grinned. Her eyes sparking, an underground water main broke up between the tar, shooting strait at the butler. And with yet another acrobatic trick to make distance between them, she sent a large wave of energy, 180 degrees of it to be precise, in his direction.

He needed to die. Right now, she did not want to hold back. But if he was as strong as she anticipated (and he was probably much more than that,) then she would need to weaken him before she tried anything large scale. Looking over their surroundings, she knew what her final stand was going to be, and it would take a lot out of her. Tearing apart large structures always did. And she could not afford to miss him when using that much energy. So for now it was almost a game. A game to try and fuck him up as badly as she could before she crushed every bone in his body. If he managed to dodge her barrage of attacks, she prepared herself to tear apart the ground on which he landed.

And although she rarely used weapons in battle aside from her own gun and switchblade, she could not help but wish she had grabbed something from Shunsui's stash. That glock of his would have been very nice right about now.
