Syaoran hated waiting around doing nothing, so he'd left Roxas to himself for the day. He trusted the boy wouldn't be stupid enough to try to get out of the house without permission, seeing as he was currently grounded.
He arrived around 10am, hoping to have a chance to see Tomoyo before he would be called inside to report.
God, why did he have to do this? Tsuna’s stomach was in knots as he stood next to Syaoran. His fingers fidgeted as he stood next to the other student. The boy had tagged along with the other in hopes that he could avoid any awkwardness.

Tomoyo had arrived on the premises sometime in the morning, she wasn't quite sure of the hour. She kept a bag close to her side. It was filled with important papers she needed to bring with her while reporting in, and she couldn't risk the chance they would get lost.
It was upon her arrival that she noticed someone she hadn't seen for a good few days. "Syaoran?" She called, trotting up to the boy with a small grin on her face.
"I thought that was you...ah, and who might your friend be?" She smiled at the boy standing next to Syaoran.

"Hello. It is very nice to meet you. If you could not tell by Syaoran's surprised yelp of my name, I am Tomoyo." She giggled lightly to herself. It was nice to see Syaoran was with other people- and Tsuna seemed very nice, too.
"As for you Syaoran. Where have you been? I have not seen you around lately..." She tried to keep the worry out of her voice but after a few days she had begun to fear that Syaoran had gone off and disappeared again.
Brown eyes watch the exchange with a pleasant smile; it was nice seeing Syaoran like this and not the living dead. The boy folded his arms behind his back and just silently listened for the moment.

Tomoyo giggled at Syaoran's complaint. "I would say it was a yelp...but if you do not think it was one, then I suppose it was not a yelp at all."
"Sensei...Reborn's mansion?" She tilted her head just before she broke out into a soft smile again. "Have you been enjoying your stay there then? Ah...Tsuna-kun, are you staying there as well?" He turned to the other boy, looking curious.
Tsuna blushed some at the attention from the two, "oh..uh..huh? oh yes! I'm learning alot. It feels...it feels like a home, haha, I guess that sounds kinda strange." The boy rubbed the back of his neck nervously.
Tsuna eyed between the two with a smile, and a small blush at Tomoyo's words. "It's...It's more the people I think. It's nice having a house that feels like people live in it."
I've been alone too long, Tsuna thought to himself softly.

"T-Tomoyo?" His eye went wide, it had been quite a while since he'd seen her at all. "Oh, this is Tsuna. He's Reborn's new student."

"A-ah! I've been staying with Sensei at his mansion." He looked down at the ground. "Sorry I didn't tell you..."

Looking at him compared to the day before, Syaoran's shoulders were much looser, his body much more relaxed.

And Reborn's mansion wasn't a good replacement.
