Reborn sat in the study as he shut his laptop up and set it beside him on the small inn table. He had a fire going and there were books galore lining the walls. Reborn loved to sit there and just relax by himself. Things have gotten quite interesting. There is no doubt about that. I wonder how long before circumstances bring things to light.

Holding onto a pen and paper he let the end tap on the paper as he sighed. Roxas was upstairs resting at the moment and the others were meeting him down there. Although this was kidnapping, it was better if the one being kidnapped felt as if they had a choice. Making things pleasant were going to go in his favour in the long run. Syaoran and Suzaku were more than capeable.

With Bianchi back he had someone that could handle drugging if it became needed, and of course he had Tieria who could sweep up the loose ends if he needed them. Roxas was under his control...Nothing made him more careful than having someone tightly around his little finger. Later if Roxas became evasing ...Most likely he could install cameras and microphones into his room.

"Show a little trust and you gain trust." He reminded himself. It would take time. Things like this always took time.

"Sensei." Syaoran used that single word to announce himself as he entered the study. If Reborn were to look closely, he'd see signs of a great deal of stress taking their toll on Syaoran's body. He seemed very tense.

His movements were stiff as he went to sit down.

Tieria walked into the room, leafing through a small notepad, making little marks as he went. As he came center to the room and stood before his normal chair, he looked up and said, "You asked for me?" His raised eyebrow was, perhaps, not friendly, and his tone certainly implied, And you drug me away from my work for . . . ?

Suzaku chose to leave his laptop in his assigned room, assuming he would not need it when everyone he was using it to talk to were now going to be in the same study. He did not go directly to the meeting, however, as Reborn had requested of him a plate of cookies, enough for both him and Bianchi. Instead he jogged back into the kitchen for the sixth time that night to acquire a large plate and fill it with freshly baked peanut butter snacks. Because he was a careful soldati, he brought enough to feed a squad of soldiers.

His way toward the meeting was hurried but careful now that he had with him something that could break and he stopped at the door to balance the plate on his knee and knock before entering. Once inside, it came to him very quickly that he was last to arrive, and so he apologized, “Sorry I’m late,” as he first offered the plate to Bianchi for her to take what she liked, then set the plate down next to Reborn. With his task accomplished, he finally took his seat.
