WHAT: Opening shop for her appointments, and hoping to catch a little gossip.
WHERE: Hokuto's salon, The North Star.
WHEN: Early afternoon.
Hokuto Sumeragi was on a mission. It was depressing, really, to see people in this city constantly talking about death and drugs. More depressing what the state of the majority's cuticles, their split-ends, and who knew what else. Reggio Calabria needed a little sprucing, a touch of glamor. A... Push, so to speak, in the right direction.
The right direction, of course, was right through Hokuto's door. The North Star was a small salon, but tastefully furnished with plenty of windows to bring in light. After all, it was only Hokuto herself at work and she didn't require too much space to work her magic-- although, considering how glum the city was, she might eventually need a hand to make things really dazzle.
But for now, she was an one woman army at the front desk, armed with a tape measure and a nail file, with a list of appointments to fulfill.
