WHAT: Sam stops by Macchinista to see if Kaylee can fix something.

WHEN: Early Saturday afternoon.
Macchinista certainly didn't look like a repair shop from the outside. The quaint two-story building was painted a sunny yellow, with blue shutters on the window and a pristine white door. A sign hung above the open bay door, happily proclaiming the shop's name.
Inside the bay, the proprietor was hard at work on an ancient engine block that someone had brought in. They needed it for a restoration project, they'd said. Some people just didn't understand gadgets like she did, and that was fine by her. It meant she still had a job. She hummed along to the radio, on a step-stool so she could really get at all of the different parts, her hair mussed and grease smeared over her face.
She'd gotten a few texts from Sam earlier in the day, she hoped that he actually stopped by. Dean had said something along the same lines a few nights prior, but she didn't know either of them well enough to really wager a guess. Her life would go on regardless, she thought with a shrug.
