Rhode hadn't been planning on seeing a doctor of her own accord. It was more of a habit than a real principle at this point; she never went to see them, and she could live in full denial of their existence. The pain in her leg hadn't been getting any better, though, and lying in bed was getting very old. There was only so much over the counter painkillers could do, after all.
She'd texted the number she'd managed to find with some trepidation. It was a bit nervewracking, to say the least, but she didn't want to bother Kris and it seemed like the only reasonable solution. And so, she waited for this doctor, hoping he wouldn't be something terrible and wondering if she should cancel their little meeting altogether.
