The electricity had been fixed to withstand any outages, with more than a few generators backing up the massive power system of the place. All were welcome tonight, excepting troublemakers, and the VIP guests would find their areas freshly staffed with hostesses available for their every need. Alcohol, leisure drugs- all were ready for the customer who knew where to find their amenities, though the illegal activities would be difficult to notice amongst the crush of the city's youth.
Damien was actually mingling with his guests this evening, taking his time to greet the various members of the families as they arrived and moving about the VIP floors to be certain his most valuable patrons were enjoying themselves.
