Who: Harvey Dent and Rhode Kamelot
What: THE ITALIAN INQUISITION!! Harvey interrogates Rhode about the Joker and other related incidents and tries to gather enough evidence to arrest her. >O
When: After Tony caught her and called her in. Day # 234898239479871283 102. August 22nd, night.
Where: District holding cells; interrogation room
Why: Because Rhode's been a bad girl. >(

Harvey had received the call from Tony Stark regarding the apprehension of suspected murderer Rhode Kamelot just as he had been closing his books from a long day at the office. This Joker had been under the radar for over a week now, but that didn't mean the books were closed on him. The district's office was still scrambling to deal with the aftermath, not only of the two snuff films that were leaked over the internet, but the threat on the church members and the "redistribution" of the mafia money as well. And knowing a criminal like the Joker, he wouldn't stay hidden for long. His type always wanted more attention and more chaos.
Harvey's small office only had so many resources to deal with all of this. The Antimafia Commission, although supposedly working on the same cases simultaneously, had barely made a headway. And goodness knew that they had more manpower than a lone district prosecutor ever could.
Although they'd come through for him tonight. He had been combing through evidence and suspects to try and find one-- just one who could be brought in. This Rhode Kamelot could be critical for the case he was building. Sure, the evidence was circumstantial at best, but he could most likely push the holding period to a few days. Enough to get information out of her. And maybe gather more evidence or testimonies against her. If the AMC would cooperate and do their jobs.
Harvey had gotten to the building before Tony and given all of the officers the orders to hold this suspect in one of the higher security cells. She was too important to risk losing. It took nearly an hour to get her checked in and settled into her cell as well as ready the interrogation room, and Harvey made use of that time by asking Tony a few questions and gathering his papers.
Once he was ready and a few of the officers were standing by just in case, he made his way over to the cell, unlocking it from the outside and stepping just inside the door to see ... a small girl, handcuffed, sitting on a rather uncomfortable looking bed.
"Rhode Kamelot, I presume?"
