The ring announcer took the old steel microphone and made a measure of the audience surrounding him. He was a seasoned pro at this, and he was exceptionally well paid for the talent he held. As soon as the bell rang, Soiree was off like a fucking rocket. He dashed up and began a dizzying array of half-cartwheel kicks aimed to put Franky on guard. If he had anything to take advantage of over the larger, stronger, and no doubt more seasoned fighter it was that Soiree was FASTER than Franky. And capoeira was an art built for speed ( ... )

Opportunity knocked hard with a left arm, knocking Soiree onto the ground....providing him a chance to use his legs to grapple at the obviously favored arm and take the larger man down with a Fujiwara armbar. If he couldn't strike Franky down, Soiree sure as hell knew how to grapple in a pinch ( ... )

No more playing around now, Soiree fought. It was time to break out the serious stuff...and as he moved towards Franky in another series of cartwheel heel kicks, his legs seemed to glow with an eerie blue energy. Big Mittwoch...the very energy being built up in his legs increased their strength considerably ( ... )

Soiree only had so much energy left...this would have to end soon or he'd be pushing up daisies from the heart attack he could almost FEEL coming on from using too much energy in the last Big Mittwoch wave. But it looked like Franky was just as worn down. They couldn't afford to clash like that. He needed a plan! What would Alba have done ( ... )

The ring announcer, during the victory celebration, entered the ring once more and clutched the mic. He wore a smug look on his face as he addressed the frenzied crowd, whom had started several 'Thank you, Franky' chants as well as praise for Soiree's victory. It truly was a great crowd.

"Ladies and gentlemen, your WINNER....SOIREEEEE MEEEEIRAAAAA!!!!"
