Bad things circulate around me

I thought all the bombings were over...it's so hard to sleep lately. I'm so paranoid that this area will be next...that they are responsible and coming for me. All my clients have either gone into hiding or found someone else...I'm running out of funds, patience, and my medicine. I can't even get to the doctor about my ankle. It's definitely
