Change...is good; call it evolution, if you will. This is simply the beginning of one very long night.

You're a ruthless, ruthless man, aren't you?

I pride myself on that.

I don't doubt a man of your stature has plenty of reason to be proud.

There are many, many things...Pride is a sin, but when you've got so much going for you, you can't but be prideful.

Ah, but there is a difference between blind arrogance and being confident and satisfied with oneself and ones ability, is there not? Besides, isn't it written, "all have sinned"?

And few will recognize the fact there is a different...And yes, that...along with 'he who is without sin cast the first stone'. No one is truly without sin, no matter if they happen to claim it.

Oh, I never claimed to be virtuous, I'm just not jumping up and down to brag about it. Although, sooner or later, I'm sure everyone's sin will find them out.

Mm, I wasn't assuming that about you. Sins do have a fascinating way of showing themselves when a person tries to hide them.

Well. Just to clarify. I have been called a bitch, on several occasions. But I know very few people who don't have at least something they hide, in this city.

I've been called all sorts of interesting names mostly by the bastards that work beneath me in my time.

Anyone who says they have nothing to hide is lying.

I'll tell you right now I conceal any number of things. What, and where, now that's for me to know...

I have plenty to hide myself...Exactly what, though, is never going to come out in my lifetime.

I'm sure someone would love to take that as a challenge...

Many have tried, you know.
