Well the idiot shouldn't have parked it in private property. Not only is it illegal but it's unpleasant to anyone who has to pass by it on a regular basis.

Simply horrendously disgusting in its choice of color.

It also has a nasty glow to it when evening comes, and I'm rather fed up with having to deal with its brightness when I retire for the night.

Any professional or self-respecting person would refrain from picking out that shade of yellow for anything, let alone for the vehicle they drive around in. It looked something sickening between vomit and feces, if you don't quite believe my disgust.
