As much as I hate to say this, Risotto has charged me with finding willing and capable people to join our cleaning business. My fellow co-workers have decided to go back to Sardinia for whatever stupid reason and they left us nothing more than an annoying note that was poorly written to begin with and a tray of damned cookies....

So, that being said...I need to start looking for good cleaners. Why always me?
