Edward turned nineteen today. We went car shopping, and he got himself a silver Volvo. It's actually pretty nice.

We're at his place now. I think he could fit a piano in here if he tried. He doesn't believe me.

Bella. You can cook. Will you make a cake or something?

And you were so against it too.

There's no room for a piano.

And I don't need a cake.

I wasn't against it.

You could store your CD cases somewhere else and make room.

But you want one.

You were against going.

Where else would I store my CDs if not at my apartment?

We could go buy one.

Only initially.

You could stack them in a corner or something. Or under the kitchen table, since you never use it.

They don't taste as good.

And then you were enlightened to the ways?

Then they would never get admired. Absolutely not.

We'll dip it in blood.

I only said it was nice.

You never have anyone over but me.

Cools too fast.

You loved it.

I admire them enough for multiple people.

I've learned how to use the microwave.

I think the black one is better.

That's not something to brag about.

Without injuring yourself? About time.

Well we both know how much you want my Aston Martin.

It is when you have my collection.

Why don't you come to the kitchen and I'll show you?

Is that what it's called? I keep forgetting.

No, that only makes it worse.

What are you to put in there? A Hot Pocket?

Already falling into senility?

Proper appreciation is so lacking for the arts these days.

Those took time to learn how to make.

I simply have a selective memory, and I've selected not to fill it with that kind of junk.

Says the one who can't stand Anna Karenina.

How many times did you burn your mouth before you discovered the concept of waiting a moment?

Or you've fallen so far into senility, you don't even know it.

That book was rubbish and if you had any sense of decency, you'd think so too.

... how many times did you?

Oh, Edward. Still clinging so hard to your delusions. You should be looked at.

I could say the same about Josh Groban and you.

I grew out of it at the appropriate age.

They aren't delusions when they're real, grandpa.

They aren't nearly on the same level.

Nineteen and a half?

Grandpa? I'm barely a year older.

I agree. Anna Karenina has its own level, and Groban could never hope to reach so high.

Don't measure me on your standards.
