Once upon a time there was a slightly off centered but fairly good looking plant. The plant had been passed through several gardeners and had been poorly cared for. One day a gardener who had been in her life for some time offered to be her gardener. She was thrilled, and from that point forward was very well cared for, pruned, watered, and given all the light she ever needed.
After a time, the gardener got very busy learning how to be a very sucessful gardener. The plant was very happy for the gardener and his new opportunity, and tried her very best to be the best plant she could be. The gardener had little time to water her and sing to her and do other things that make plants happy, but the plant understood and continued to try to prune herself, and remain a pleasant plant.
The plant loved her gardener very much, and was very much torn over her predicament. The gardener was so busy that occasionaly he forgot to water the plant. The plant was distressed over her gardeners behavior, but tried to remain a happy plant. She knew that the gardener loved her too, and was trying to balance a lot of demands on his time. She knew the amazing gardener that he could be, and knew that no other gardener could possibly care for her as well as he had once done. She only wanted to be his plant.

What is the plant to do?
