Caffeine!
I swear I live off caffeine. Not that that's anything different or unusual, I was just thinking about it because I haven't finished my drink. I also haven't finished painting my nails. I need to do both of these things.
I found out recently that there's a freaking mummy in Charleston. I've lived in Summerville (very close to Charleston) since I was 17 and I did not know this! There are also lots of awesome taxidermied animals and whatnot, but... MUMMY!
I'm working from home now, at least for the time being. They're hell bent on kicking all the contractors out of the building I was in, but I'm not sure there's a space for me in the new building anymore (since they're moving so many people around), and by some stroke of... whatever, Ward suggested I just work from home. HELL YEAH! I love it! I can attend meetings in my underwear! Y'know... when I don't have to be there in person. They'd frown on that I think.
I've lost over 20 pounds in the last year. I don't remember the exact amount, but I know it's between 20 and 25. I haven't been doing any real dieting lately, so it's more or less a miracle that I haven't gained it back. Maus thinks it's because my metabolism was kicked into gear by me exercising/dieting and my thyroid meds. TOGETHER THEY CREATE LESS OF ME! Or something.
Because of government nonsense (I refuse to talk politics y'all) Ryan is going to have to take one unpaid day off a week starting next month. The good news is that when he went government he got a pay increase, so we'll basically just be where we were before. So we should be fine. It seriously sucks for some of the people Ryan works with though. :<
My cats are derps. Phineas and Ferb are ridiculous for their own reasons. The majority of my dolls are boxed up just to save space. I have to have another root canal next week; this will be my fourth. My health is relatively the same as it was before. I got a new tattoo (just simple text "you live for sleep you've never slept"). I really need to cut my hair. And dye it. I still can't dye it a "fun" color, but I'm thinking of black with either a red or blue tone. A little different, that's all. I love sending people postcards. (If you want one send me your address: onnawufei@gmail.com and I shall send one!)
