So I sent this to Dollmore's Q&A this morning:
Can you give me a status report on my order, please?
Are some clothes needing to be made? Are my special faceup requests being done to the two Elf Elly boys, which will cause delays in delivery?
I am just curious - like everyone who orders a doll, I just want my boys home. However, I can be patient, especially if I know what the delays are - especially faceups.
My faceup requests: The Elf Ellys are going to represent the characters in the attached graphic. The Banji will be the blond on the left - that is why I requested angry eyebrows. The Lime will be the magenta-haired boy on the right - that's why I requested happy eyebrows.
Then I attached this picture:
Surprisingly, I received a reply in only a few hours' time:
