Just put a v2 Volks YoSD Ayuma on layaway with Kerbey Lane's manager. She cut the price today and I decided to try for him. Since I got Butters from her, she decided to sell Ayuma to me instead of another interested party, to keep Butter company since the Ayuma knows him.
I think it's really because I'm a reliable buyer...
He's not the fullset and he doesn't come with the Ayuma default wig but a silver Volks wig. I'm good with that. I didn't particularly like the outfit except for the boots and cutaway coat.
I liked the photos - he doesn't have those dark lips like they showed on the Volks USA site, the reason why I didn't bid on him. I got a better deal - only $385 complete with shipping!
I don't know if he will keep his eyes or hair at this time since most Ayumas I see out there keep the dark eyes and Nigel (v2 Kuuta) transformed into his own personality when he changed from dark green Volks eyes and brown Volks wig to grass green glass eyes and bright orange fur wig.
That face says he will be trouble. I don't know yet if he will be one of my little boys or an adult fey.
No name yet, either, but I have until the 15th next month to finish the layaway and perhaps by then he will have told me. But I never expect a doll to talk until he/she is in my hands and being hugged and played with.
Only loud dolls like Chikara yell their names in advance!
