Didn't do as well with my diet over the weekend. It was my son's birthday, so we went out for dinner and had ice cream and cake. Only ate one piece of cake, and scraped off the icing. It was sugar free ice cream. All, in all, I could have done worse. Will work hard this week to make up for it :D
