The summer of '05
July is over, we're 7, almost 8, days into August already. I don't ever remember a time period flying this swiftly. I have three more weeks of nanny-ing. Hopefully I won't be doing it full-time again, unless it's my kids, many many years from now.
Life is so good right now. Dad's surgery was successful, he's recovered very nicely, I turned 23 (can I get a whoop whoop??), I passed my athletic training certification exam, I got into radiology tech school, I'm a part of a growing loving Christ-like church, I've seen friends get married, I've seen friends graduate and move away to awesome jobs...
If only I could find the perfect pair of jeans and buy 10 pairs of them. What I meant to say is...If only I was as thankful as I should be. Thankful and satisfied. Instead of already wishing the days away.
