From the SMH letters

Bias is a funny word. Centacare is clearly pro-life ("Family planning agency sidelined in helpline tender", January 3). A quick look at the Children by Choice website reveals it is clearly pro-abortion; its three key organisational objectives all relate to making abortion the logical, legal and accessible choice for women.

Some may lament the fact that Children by Choice did not get the $15.5 million government contract, but are we really meant to believe that it would have been any less biased?

They're not pro-abortion you idiot, they're pro-choice. A quick look at their website and it is explained succintly that pro-choice is not pro-abortion. Maybe the Reverend spent his entire time on the website trying to catch the Yes button. Wanting abortion to be legal and accessible is about giving women the CHOICE not making it the logical option for all women. Why so stupid?

You're right, Pro-Choice means supporting access to all reproductive choices. It is a woman's right to decide whether to proceed with pregnancy and choose adoption, become a parent or choose abortion. Children by Choice supports a woman's right to choose abortion or parenting or adoption, to have access to contraception, sex education, paid maternity leave, and IVF. Pro choice means believing that all women have the right to make their own decision on having a child, or not having a child.
