You're entitled to think it is if you want, but no one is forcing you to read it. You've got a scrollbar the same as me and you can just ignore it. I do have an older brother and I have no idea why that's relevant to what I like in fiction. I don't swing that way in real life any more than a person who plays killers or thieves or anything else not morally acceptable wants to go out and do those things.
Sam does have anger issues, sure. It's part of who he is and I never said he doesn't. You can't say he doesn't love or look up to his brother though, even when they're fighting. Sam says Dean is his hero, that he's spent his life looking up to him too. I don't think he acts like a lovesick puppy for Dean... I try to keep him acting as IC as possible, but he and Dean are in a different relationship than just brothers. Some things are bound to be a little different.
And yeah, okay, you're right. Sam wouldn't think sleeping with Dean is normal, but the verse just developed the way it did and I still think Sam would be willing to make exceptions for Dean. I mean, in the series, the minute Dean really needed his help, Sam was there for him. He's said he'd do anything for Dean numerous times.
I don't think he was magically okay with sleeping with Dean in those threads either... it took a bit for him to get to a point where he was comfortable with it.
As for Sam not having sex... you seem pretty hung up on that. He does have sex. Jessica lived with him, so you can't tell me they weren't intimate. He's shown interest in a lot of women... he's slept with Madison, Ruby, and a few other chicks in the series. He might not be as into women as Dean is, at least not in the obvious way, but he's a normal guy with a healthy interest. If he were in a relationship, I don't think he'd shun it just... because.
I can think of maybe one or two times when Sam's wanted to be controlled completely because he was curious about it. Dean was interested in it and Sam wanted to be shown why. As for Dean calling him his and Sam being fine with it... it's not like he's suddenly property or Dean has sudden power over him. As for the jealousy thing... I don't think Sam would care about Dean looking or flirting for the most part. He might not even care about an occasional one night stand or whatever, but I don't think he'd like Dean carrying on as he usually does. They're in a relationship in that verse and if I remember right, Dean was the one who offered to try and stay faithful, Sam didn't force it on him in a jealos fit of rage, haha.
And okay, isn't it pretty normal to want to please someone you're in a sexual relationship with? That doesn't mean doing things you hate, but being open to things that make them happy. So of course Sam does things to keep Dean happy and interested, but not just to keep him interested. It'd be pretty OOC of Sam to just take and not care if Dean was happy or not, in my opinion.
As for the kinks and stuff, well... you're free to not read them? It's interesting to me and I try to keep it IC. I don't think Sam would be entirely vanilla in the bedroom... and to me, it seems like Sam might be the type who likes manhandling (giving or receiving). He's not really... gentle when you see him on the show. He's not bringing out whips or anything, but he gets pretty passionate.
I don't see how being the one who's on bottom means he's any less assertive or in control. I think we've just got different opinions here on what those words mean in this context? Sam is still in control of himself and he's free to tell Dean to stop. To be blunt, taking it up the ass doesn't make you less in control to me or means you're being submissive. It means you like it up the ass. Sam really doesn't even bottom that much in the verse you're referring to (or that I think you are) because he prefers being on top for he most part and Dean likes it on bottom.
