From the looks of it, it's some sort of modified gun whose main use is hiding eyeliner. High time it was thrown out, I suppose.

(ooc: If anyone wants to salvage the bazooka from the heap later, it comes with an eyeliner pen jammed through the workings, 'cos Tyki's a jerk.)
