While I can't enlighten you...I also don't think you should think too hard about this. I don't want to sound cynical or anything, but no one is perfect. I'm not saying that this means JYJ is lying, but I'm just saying we as outsiders can't really pass judgment with so little information. JYJ and Avex will have biased statements. Only they know the truth. Also, the things we hear from JYJ is more like what JYJ's spokesman says, so they're not directly from the mouths of our boys... I wouldn't be surprised if their spokesman bent some truths to make his case stronger. Anyway my point is, don't worry too much about who's right and who's wrong, who is speaking the truth and who isn't. In the end, the way the entertainment industry is ran in Korea and Japan is pretty dark itself... I can go into more details about that but...that probably will make you more depressed.
As for me, I know that I believe in the boys. Like you, I don't know who is speaking the truth, and I think it's a lot more complex behind the scenes. I'm sure it's not all black and white. What I do know is, the intent our boys have to stand on the stage and sing for us is 100% there. The tears they shed during Thanksgiving tour is 100% true~
It's ok for you to not believe them 100% but still believe in them. It's like with my parents. There are things they do that aren't 100% truthful, and they're not always right either, but I still believe in them, lol. Lame example is lame >_>
In terms of Avex, I stopped reading their aktf-type tweets from a while back. Ever since that tweet about Homin...I sort of stopped caring what they tweeted. And their tweets also hold contradiction. For example, first they said they liked Mr. Baek, and now they say they can't associate with him....? *shrug* I'll stop rambling, lol. Sorry, I don't think that gave you any consolation >_<
