Hayley really didn't like Dr. Nygma. He'd been pressing the hard questions ever since the break-in at GCPD HQ. He'd peer at her through those glasses of his, his greasy hair combed haphazardly out of his face. He'd ask her why she'd hit the Batman. Why she had done those things for Bianca.

And every time, she answered with how she'd felt at the time. Because he wasn't asking her how she felt now. With each answer, she could see him smile a little, a slick, oily smile that made her stomach turn a bit.

When she finally was able to leave, her session done again, she was escorted back to her halfway house, surprised to see her room half empty. The eggs girl was gone, with no word given to Hayley as to if she'd return or where she'd gone.

It was with a deep breath that Hayley flopped back against her bed. Maybe things were getting better.
