(no subject)
so i saw the transformers movie tonight.
chris has been so excited about it for weeks, cause i guess he watched the old movie of it? and maybe the tv shows when he was little. (were there tv shows? i may be making that up) well anyways, you can see how little i know about the history of transformers! but i went with him and chad because it looked entertaining so...why not right?
wow. like i'm pretty sure it's a total guy movie because you know, it's jam packed with action scenes and exposions, etc. but it was pretty sweet. much more than entertaining. like...i really wish my car would transform into a robot. OR i wish there was a pretty red autobot that i could name my car after...cause it needs a cool name <3 so anyways, even if you haven't ever seen anything mildly related to transformers (like me) you should see it, cause it was pretty awesome. (i mean, yeah, it had it's cheesy moments, but what movie doesn't?)
on another note...tonight i told chris (who is currently reading pride and prejudice...becuase later i will be reading his favorite book) that i heart mr. darcy. pretty much the most ridiculous conversation followed. so...for future record, i don't recomend developing a crush on a fictional character becuase your significant other may not take well to that idea, haha. and if you're judging me right now for liking mr. darcy you're obviously not a girl and have not read p&p (and watching the recent "remake" of the movie does not count as reading it becuase the story is NOT the same)
in other news, i'm going to an astros game tomorrow and i'm not sure how i feel about that. the last game i went to was like...my freshman year of high school. and i'm pretty sure i didn't watch more than 5 minutes of the game...i just hung out with the people i went with instead. but...chris and the other people going are pretty loyal astros fans...so i'm not sure how exciting tomororw night will be, haha. we'll see!
