... how can you tell if a human is sick, especially if they're not acting like they should if they are? I mean, I'm pretty sure he is but yanno, multiple opinions.

Mmm well most suggestions have already been said, but if you find out he has no clear illness we can try counseling to stop whatever is stressing him.

Anything he tells me I would not repeat if he doesn't want to tell anyone.
