I disagree.

When a woman says "I want a man who is motivated and has goals" she does not mean, "I want a rich man." She means, "I want a man who has the potential to become rich."

And when she says, "I want a man who knows how to treat a woman," she does not mean, "I want a rich man." She means, "I want a man who will spend money on me." The two are not mutually exclusive.
