Dear Österreicher Post,
To date, I have sent 7 postcards and 3 letters through you. This is a huge investment - over 10 euro - considering you are much more expensive than the USPS. So. Can you please have the decency to do your job in the first place and get me the small flat envelope of ordinary, harmless pictures, that my mother sent me nearly three weeks ago?
